Strengths-based Leadership We begin with an in depth understanding of their top strengths and how they have been utilized in past successes. We then explore difficulties faced because of strengths (either over driving or under utilizing them) and how to make necessary changes by maximizing their strengths. Finally we explore the vision for their business, career and/or life and have a plan with actions to best align what they do with who they are, achieving their greatest potential. |
Strengths-Based Team Participants explore their strengths and how they are currently being applied in their daily job function; and which activities pull them away from their strengths. They begin to understand what they need from their manager and other team members to be at their best. Learn the domains that make up an effective team and understand the composition of the team based on individual strengths and identify gaps where strengths are missing. |
Building High Performance Teams
Team members will learn how to build on the talents and strengths of each other, maximize collaboration and work productively to create a high performance team. Collectively the leadership and team members will establish goals and an overall vision for the team. Participants will understand how their individual strengths connect to the vision and learn how to build on the strengths of each other to collaborate effectively and work productively to accomplish goals.
